Who We Are
Brigadier General (Ret) John E. Michel and his wife, Holly Michel, joyfully serve side by side, united in their passion to love people well and expand what's possible for neighbors in need.
An entrepreneur and visionary leader, John — together with Holly — founded Soulcial Kitchen, a 2.5-acre hospitality campus blending dining, gathering spaces, and community-driven programming, all designed to strengthen connection and serve the underserved through their innovative Currency of Caring dignified dining program.
John also created the nation's first Food Truck Entrepreneur Program, equipping aspiring mobile food operators and restaurant team members with the skills needed to successfully launch and lead their own independent operations.
Holly supports the impact of Currency of Caring and volunteers with SaturateUSA.org, where her calling leads her to minister compassionately to neighbors in need.
